Herbivore offers a professional door to door delivery service for our flowers and giftware throughout the city of Melbourne. 

We offer contactless delivery and free local delivery. *See our home page for a list of suburbs.

Same day delivery is available on orders placed by 2pm AEST.  Express delivery is also available on request, please call us to discuss your options. *Additional charges may apply.

Please take care when entering the delivery details, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for incorrect or incomplete delivery information. Recipient phone numbers are required and recipients will be contacted in advance of delivery where there is a security gate / door at the property.

If our driver is unable to access the property, the flowers / gift will be returned to Herbivore at an additional delivery charge. We will then contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt at an additional cost.

Please advise us at the time of ordering if you have any specific delivery instructions.

Returns

Herbivore will process returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Products sold on this website are a perishable, all of our fresh flowers have varied life spans depending on species, seasons and provenance.

As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured online, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods. 

Herbivore must be notified within three days of purchase of all refunds or returns.

We do not accept returns based on change of mind or design.

In cases of flowers perishing within three days of purchase Herbivore will provide a replacement or gift certificate. The value of the gift certificate or replacement is at the discretion of Herbivore.

We reserve the right to request images or return of original goods for our records. Replacement flowers will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been produced.
