Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the arrangement or item is damaged. 

 

Exchange or Replacement

Please be aware that as with most perishable items, flowers are prone to deterioration unless cared for. We will provide care instructions to our customers. However, if your product is damaged, wilted or dying on arrival, please contact immediately and we will organise a replacement or exchange for an item of the same value or more.
