What happens if no one is home when my flowers are delivered in Melbourne?

If the recipient is not home to receive your Melbourne flower delivery, our courier will assess the location to ensure the blooms can be left safely:

  • Safe Delivery Spot: If there is a secure, sheltered area away from direct sunlight, weather elements, and public view, our courier will safely leave your flowers on-site and send an SMS update.
  • Unsecure Locations (Apartments & Units): If the property is inaccessible (e.g., locked gates or secure apartment complexes) or lacks a safe area, the flowers will not be left unattended.
  • Contact & Redelivery: We will attempt to contact the recipient or sender to arrange a suitable resolution. If the flowers must be returned to our studio, a re-delivery fee will apply to ensure a fresh, hand-delivered re-attempt.
